23+ Years of Classroom Experience in Learning Assessment
For over two decades, I've been in classrooms watching children learn, struggle, succeed, and grow. I've worked with kids across the full spectrum - gifted learners racing ahead, children with profound learning challenges, and everyone in between.
What I've learned is this: most parents are doing everything right, but they're flying blind. They get generic school reports that don't tell them where the real gaps are or what to do about them.
I created Student Learning Snapshot because parents deserve more than that. They deserve clarity. They deserve to know exactly what their child can do, where they're struggling, and what comes next.
Every assessment I do, I bring 23 years of experience. I've seen what works. I know what to look for. And I know how to translate that into language parents can understand and act on.

Decades of Learning How Kids Learn
I don't believe in tests that reduce a child to a number. Assessment should reveal how a child thinks, learns, and processes information. It should show what they can do and what they need help with - nothing more, nothing less.
My job isn't to teach your child. It's to give you the clarity to be a better teacher at home. Most children don't need a tutor - they need a parent who understands exactly what they're struggling with and why. That's what my reports do.
The difference between a child catching up in Year 4 versus struggling for years comes down to early identification. I look for the gaps before they become gaps, and I give parents the tools to close them fast.
I've worked with kids labeled as "struggling," "gifted," "difficult," and everything in between. Every single one has strengths. Every one can improve. My assessments find the strengths first, then build from there.
